CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTER OPERATIONS

This program is designed to prepare completers for the role of professional customer service representative and call center operator. The program teaches principles and processes for providing successful customer service in an organization. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Administrative and clerical procedures such
as data entry, word processing, keyboarding, Microsoft Office, managing files, telephone and social media applications, and other office procedures and terminology will be included in the course. Communication skills, organization skills and the importance of attitude and professionalism will be explored.
ENROLLMENT INFORMATION:
Attend an orientation session at the New Hope Education Center, 175 Jefferson Avenue, Buffalo NY 14210.
Call 888-7088 ex.111/100 for days and times. There is no fee or appointment necessary. Please bring your picture ID, New York State benefit card, benefit print out and high school diploma or equivalent. You will take a placement test and fill out an application. Your test
scores and the results of a personal interview will determine if you are eligible for the Customer Service program.
PROGRAM COST:
The cost for this program is $795.00 (Tuition assistance may be available).
YOUR FUTURE:
The average for entry level Customer Service jobs is $12.00 an hour.
