The course requires a valid 1st Class Engineer's license with a minimum of 2 years operating experience. This is the first course required in the Facilities Maintenance / Management Engineering Program to prepare an individual for a Chief Stationary Engineer License for the City of Buffalo. Topics will include: Management of power plant operations and HVAC systems. At the end of this course, the individual will be eligible to apply for a Chief Stationary Engineer's License for the City of Buffalo.
