Course Description: This 13-week Property Management course prepares adults for careers in residential property management, leasing, and maintenance. Students gain hands-on experience in property operations, tenant relations, housing regulations, marketing, leasing, and basic property maintenance. Through practical projects, real-world case studies, and instructor-led training, participants learn how to effectively manage rental properties while providing quality service to tenants.
 
Completion/Certificate: Upon completion of this course students will be interviewed by one of our course partners, Standard Property Management and/or Towne Housing Real Estate.
