REFUND POLICY
Career Training Refund Policy
Tuition refunds will be made only under the following circumstances and with proof of payment:

BPS Adult Education Division reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. If tuition and fees are collected in advance to the start date of the program and BPS Adult Education cancels the class, 100% of tuition and fees will be refunded.

Appropriate refunds for a student who does not begin classes shall be made within 45 days of the class start date.

A full refund will be made for withdrawal of those not satisfied only prior to the second week of classes.

A prorated refund will be given the second week of classes through mid-point.

Midpoint to end of program will receive no refund.

Upon termination of enrollment, any balance due to BPS Adult Education Division, based on the school's refund policy, is payable immediately. All charges on the student's account must be paid in full prior to the completion of the training program.

BPS Adult Education Division will not reimburse students for a refund under $5.00 or less.
Outstanding Balances
BPS Adult Education Division reserves the right to withhold student transcripts and deny approval for State Board Examinations to any student who has an outstanding balance within their program.
